RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the nature of hair products, all purchases made with Xuri Extensions are final sale. We do not offer: Refunds Cancellations Order modifications after submission Returns on wigs or bundles Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed with our vendor and cannot be changed or canceled.

EXCHANGE POLICY (VERY LIMITED)

Exchanges are accepted only if ALL of the following conditions are met: The wig must be in 100% original condition, meaning: Unworn and unwashed Lace uncut and intact No dye, bleach, heat, plucking, or styling No glue residue or product applied Additional requirements: All original packaging must be included Exchange must be requested within 48 hours of delivery (Based on UPS/USPS tracking confirmation) Any item showing signs of wear or manipulation will be denied and returned to the customer.

NO REFUNDS – STRICTLY ENFORCED

Xuri Extensions does not accept returns for refunds under any circumstances. This policy exists for health, safety, and sanitary compliance. Customers acknowledge and agree to this policy at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on wig length, density, and vendor availability. Shipping Time 3–7 business days (U.S.) International shipping times vary Tracking information is emailed once the order ships Once an order has shipped, Xuri Extensions is not responsible for: Shipping delays Lost or stolen packages Carrier errors (USPS/UPS) Incorrect addresses entered by the customer Customers must file shipping claims directly with the carrier.

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided: Xuri Extensions is not responsible once the order ships If the package is returned, the customer must pay a new shipping fee for re-delivery

QUALITY CONTROL

Each wig is carefully inspected before shipping, including: Lace condition Length and density Curl pattern Shedding and tangling Cap construction Evidence is documented for dispute and fraud prevention purposes.

COLOR & CURL PATTERN DISCLAIMER

Because our products are made from 100% virgin hair, slight variations may occur in: Curl pattern Curl tightness Color tone These variations are normal and not considered defects. Xuri Extensions does not accept returns due to: Texture differences Color variance Minor factory variations

PAYMENT DISPUTES & FRAUD POLICY

Any fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate submission of: Tracking confirmation Vendor receipts Delivery proof Order invoice IP address verification Communication records Consequences include: Permanent ban from future purchases Debt collection action if funds are withdrawn Filing a chargeback after receiving a product constitutes theft of goods and will be pursued legally.
